Returns & Refunds

Each item from The Kawaii OD is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including choosing the wrong design or option. Please review your selections and the product description carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging are helpful.

We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is required because of our error or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
